3. Ocwen Launches Hosted & Managed Customer Contact Center Solution
Ocwen Financial Corporation has launched Advanced Contact Center Enterprise Solution (ACCES), a hosted and managed contact center solution based on the third largest Cisco network switched VoIP implementation in the world. The solution includes Ocwen’s Customer Relations Expert, an artificial intelligence-based automated scripting application.
Key features include call recording, call monitoring, a dialing efficiency package, contact center management control information, and an integrated desktop link that allows communication between phone systems and computers by the integration of voice and data.
5. Dialexia Adds Optional Call Feature Package to ITSP Solution
Dialexia has introduced IP-Tone, an optional add-on to its ITSP solution that provides support for a wide range of calling features and functionality including voicemail (unified or not), caller ID, call forwarding, 3-way conferencing, Follow Me, assignment of virtual/real DID numbers, and account and mailbox management via the web.
IP-Tone is available in conjunction with Dial-Gate, a web SIP based proxy and centralized routing server for pre and post paid billing systems, monitoring, and CDR management.
